Sr. Frontend Engineer- INTL- LATAM

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 3 Sr. Frontend Engineers to support building a single, unified front‑end platform that powers all products, delivering a consistent, scalable, and secure user experience. This role focuses on creating an agentic front‑end experience—where intelligent, context‑aware UI patterns guide users seamlessly across workflows—while meeting IL5 (DoD Impact Level 5) requirements.

What You'll Do

-Lead the design and evolution of a shared front‑end platform used across DocuSign products

-Drive the implementation of agentic front‑end experiences, integrating intelligent guidance and AI‑assisted workflows into user interfaces

-Architect and maintain scalable, reusable UI components and frameworks using React and TypeScript

-Partner cross‑functionally with backend, security, and platform teams to integrate with Azure‑based services

-Establish and uphold IL5 front‑end engineering standards, including security, reliability, and compliance‑ready design

-Mentor engineers and influence best practices across the front‑end community

-Improve delivery velocity and quality through CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps

PR: $37-$45/hr.

Skills and Requirements

-8+ YOE with front‑end engineering fundamentals and best practices

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js

-Modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, browser APIs, performance optimization)

-CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps

-Understanding of secure, scalable engineering practices suitable for IL5 environments -Experience or exposure to micro‑frontend architectures

-Experience building or contributing to SaaS products

-Exposure to intelligent or AI‑assisted user experiences
