Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a driven and consultative Sales Executive to join the sales team of one of our Digital Marketplace clients. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and position digital advertising and marketplace solutions that deliver measurable results. This is a performance-driven role with clear expectations, strong brand recognition, and meaningful earning potential.

The Ideal applicant comes with experience in an outbound Sales Executive or BDR position with some market place and advertisement or marketing exposure.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage clients through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand dealer challenges, priorities, and business objectives
  • Present digital advertising and marketplace solutions aligned to client needs and outcomes
  • Develop and deliver data-driven proposals highlighting value and expected ROI
  • Manage all sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline updates within Salesforce
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales quota

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within digital marketing, media, or marketplace environments
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close net-new business
  • Experience managing a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role
  • Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology (Salesforce preferred)
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to support a consultative selling approach
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

Background in digital media, digital advertising, or technology platforms

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Automotive Industry experience or relationships within Recreational (Powersports, RV, Marine) and/or Commercial (Commercial Truck, Heavy Equipment) sectors

$31.25-$ 40.81/hr (OTE $120,000-160,000)

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
