Front-End Developer

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to support our client in building and modernizing high-quality, user-facing web applications as part of a broader AI-driven SDLC transformation. This role plays a critical part in delivering visually polished, responsive, and scalable UI experiences across Red Rhino’s platforms.

The ideal candidate is passionate about front-end craftsmanship, has a strong eye for UI best practices, and enjoys collaborating closely with product, design, and backend partners in a fast-paced, Agile environment. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on modern applications while contributing beyond core development responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Build, enhance, and maintain front-end applications using modern .NET and JavaScript technologies

Develop reusable UI components using Blazor and JavaScript

Translate Figma designs into high-quality, production-ready, responsive user interfaces

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, designers, and backend engineers to rapidly prototype and deliver features

Ensure applications are visually consistent, accessible, and responsive across multiple devices and screen sizes

Implement and maintain automated unit and UI testing to ensure reliability and performance

Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, coding standards, and UI best practices

Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration within a small, dynamic team

Salary: 130-150k

Skills and Requirements

Senior-level front-end engineering experience (5+ years preferred)

Strong experience with .NET front-end technologies, specifically Blazor

Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS (experience with modern CSS frameworks is a plus)

Experience building responsive, user-friendly interfaces across multiple screen sizes

Experience implementing and maintaining automated tests

Proficiency with source control tools such as Git/GitHub Experience with ASP .NET Razor Markup

Mobile or multi-platform development experience (Flutter, React Native, or similar)

Experience with rapid prototyping and design collaboration using Figma

Familiarity with testing tools such as BrowserStack, Selenium, or similar frameworks

Exposure to AI-enabled development workflows

Experience with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind or component-based UI systems)

Interactive or motion UI experience (e.g., Lottie or Rive)
