Insight Global is looking for a Digital CRM Analyst to join a leading Canadian financial services and insurance organization. This full-time, permanent opportunity requires onsite work 2 times per week in Guelph, Mississauga, or Toronto. In the role, you will serve as both a technical analytics expert and a strategic insight partner, helping the Guided Omni Client Experience team understand and improve the performance of digital tools, CRM capabilities, and advisor workflows. In this role, you will translate business questions and digital priorities into measurable analytics frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures, while designing and executing advanced SQL analyses across CRM and digital datasets within Azure and enterprise analytics platforms. You will develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Power BI, MicroStrategy, CRM Analytics, and related tools, oversee data preparation and ETL processes, and deliver clear, actionable insights that illuminate advisor and client behavior, uncover friction points, and guide senior leadership decision-making. By collaborating closely with digital product owners, developers, and CRM teams, you will ensure analytics solutions align with product goals, lead stakeholder discussions on measurement strategies, and ultimately drive continuous improvement across digital journeys, Salesforce activities, and client–advisor interactions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRM analytics or data analytics
  • Strong hands on experience writing complex SQL queries and performing data transformation and analysis across enterprise-scale datasets
  • Experience working with large complex datasets across CRM systems and analyzing CRM data such as Salesforce leads, opportunities, and campaigns
  • Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as PowerBI, MicroStrategy, CRM Analytics, Azure Data Studio, or similar platforms
  • Strong Jira and Confluence experience
  • Great communication and collaboration skills presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership
