Junior Level Data Analyst

SUMMARY The Junior Data Analyst supports data-driven initiatives by preparing datasets, performing analyses, and delivering reports that inform decision-making across teams. This role is suited for candidates with foundational analytical skills seeking to broaden their technical and business knowledge.

Responsibilities

· Assist in collecting and cleaning business data from multiple sources

· Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio

· Support data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can inform business decisions

· Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across reports and dashboards

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, operations, finance, and marketing to understand data needs

· · Keep up-to-date with industry trends, analytics tools, and business intelligence best practices

· · Support data-driven initiatives and continuous improvement projects

· Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions or support projects

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or masters in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, IT, Economics, or related field

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Basic knowledge of databases

· Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills

· Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
