Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, messaging, content strategy, and public relations efforts on a global scale. This role plays a critical part in shaping how products are understood, adopted, and valued across both B2B and B2C audiences.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who is equally comfortable working with data, collaborating cross‑functionally, and translating complex products into clear, compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research

  • Conduct in‑depth market and competitive research to inform product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy
  • Partner closely with customer experience teams to gather insights from customers and prospects
  • Leverage AI‑enabled tools to build dashboards and generate actionable insights that inform product and marketing decisions
  • Share research findings with product teams to influence future product development

Product Marketing

  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging, positioning, and value propositions across product lines
  • Lead go‑to‑market planning for new product launches, including creation of sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, and FAQs
  • Collaborate with product teams to deeply understand features, benefits, and use cases
  • Support demand‑generation initiatives with content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Track and analyze performance against KPIs in partnership with marketing and commercial teams
  • Work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, sales, client, and customer experience teams

Public Relations & Media

  • Support the development and distribution of press releases, media pitches, and executive bylines
  • Assist with managing crisis communications and ensuring consistent product messaging across all channels

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Proven experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies
  • Working knowledge of PR best practices and media engagement
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Familiarity with SEO/AEO, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms

Nice to Have

  • SaaS product marketing experience
  • Experience marketing across multiple regions or languages
  • Background in journalism, communications, or public relations
  • Hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled sentiment or insight tools
