Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, messaging, content strategy, and public relations efforts on a global scale. This role plays a critical part in shaping how products are understood, adopted, and valued across both B2B and B2C audiences.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who is equally comfortable working with data, collaborating cross‑functionally, and translating complex products into clear, compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research
- Conduct in‑depth market and competitive research to inform product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy
- Partner closely with customer experience teams to gather insights from customers and prospects
- Leverage AI‑enabled tools to build dashboards and generate actionable insights that inform product and marketing decisions
- Share research findings with product teams to influence future product development
Product Marketing
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging, positioning, and value propositions across product lines
- Lead go‑to‑market planning for new product launches, including creation of sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, and FAQs
- Collaborate with product teams to deeply understand features, benefits, and use cases
- Support demand‑generation initiatives with content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Track and analyze performance against KPIs in partnership with marketing and commercial teams
- Work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, sales, client, and customer experience teams
Public Relations & Media
- Support the development and distribution of press releases, media pitches, and executive bylines
- Assist with managing crisis communications and ensuring consistent product messaging across all channels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing (B2B and/or B2C)
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Proven experience developing and executing go‑to‑market strategies
- Working knowledge of PR best practices and media engagement
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
- Familiarity with SEO/AEO, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
Nice to Have
- SaaS product marketing experience
- Experience marketing across multiple regions or languages
- Background in journalism, communications, or public relations
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑enabled sentiment or insight tools
