DESIRED SKILLSET:

  • TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Sec+ or CEH or CISSP (8140 compliance)
  • Experience developing secure applications in classified or regulated environments
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, C++, Python)
  • Strong understanding of secure coding, cybersecurity principles, and vulnerability assessment
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in secure contexts

JOB DESCRIPTION

This government contractor is seeking Software Developers (Senior, Intermediate) to deliver secure coding, DevSecOps practices, and vulnerability assessment supporting mission operations. This role provides the opportunity to drive technical direction across multiple efforts and ensures alignment with mission and security objectives throughout the full development cycle of cyberspace capability development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement DevSecOps pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes tailored to compartmented intelligence environments.
  • Perform secure software assessments, code analysis, vulnerability scanning, threat modeling, and remediation to identify and mitigate risks in new/existing software.
  • Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior developers, conducting peer code reviews, guiding secure development practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate mission requirements into secure software solutions, develop prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production-grade code supporting national security objectives.
  • Ensure deliverables comply with DoD cybersecurity policies, supply chain risk mitigation, and documentation for authorization to operate (ATO) systems
