3rd Shift NOC Engineer

Must Haves:

At least 3 year's experience in a NOC environment troubleshooting layer 2 and layer 3

CCNA level knowledge – Cert not required but HIGHLY preferred

Experience with a ticketing system such as Remedy or ServiceNow

Manual configurations of Cisco routing and switching

Configurations of vLANs

Ability to speak of network technologies in vendor neutral terms

Maintain and update technical documentation

Excellent communication skills

Microsoft suite proficiency

Tech Stack: Network Design & Implementation (LAN/WAN, Fortinet SDWAN), Routing Protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, Switching: VLAN, STP, EtherChannel, Monitoring Tools: Solarwinds, Managed Services: Fortinet, Fortigate, etc.
