About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Get It Rent. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B Sales with a proven track record of driving revenue through corporate sales, SaaS sales, software/IT sales, or IT hardware sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business development cycles from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify and engage with corporate clients and enterprise customers
- Pitch and position the companys offerings to decision-makers in targeted organizations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for pricing, proposals, and post-sales coordination
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B / Corporate / Enterprise / SaaS / Software / IT Hardware Sales
- Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Preferred: Prior experience in Banking (CASA, credit card sales, etc.) or Telecom (ILL, MPLS, broadband) industries
- Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach
