Position Details
· Designation: Manager-Smart Education C ICT
· Location: Noida (with travel as per project requirements)
Role Objective
The role is critical for supporting and managing Smart Education and ICT in Education engagements, with a strong focus on government procurement compliance, tendering, solution design, and preparation of concept notes, proposals, presentations and DPRs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GFR 2017, CVC guidelines, and GeM procurement norms.
- Preparation and review of EOI, RFP, RFQ, and other tender documents.
- Design and evaluation of Smart Education solutions including Smart Classrooms, Virtual Classrooms, ICT Labs, VR/AR Labs, Robotics s AI/ML Labs, LMS, and digital learning platforms.
- Coordination with OEMs, system integrators, PSUs, and government departments.
- Support bid management activities including pre-bid queries, technical proposals, and price discovery.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of government procurement and tendering processes.
- Hands-on experience in Smart Education / ICT projects.
- Excellent documentation, proposal writing, and official drafting skills.
- Working knowledge of AV, IT infrastructure, and digital education technologies.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in PSU or Government-funded education programs such as Samagra Shiksha, ICT@Schools, or Digital Education initiatives.
