Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Agent
Your Role and Impact:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly and empathic voice on the other end of the line, making a real difference in the lives of our customers. Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Agent
What You Bring to the Table:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role that required problem-solving and effective communication.
- Previous experience working from a computer full-time
- Ability to meet the requirement of working various shifts, including some weekends and occasional overtime—because helping our customers comes first.
- Residency within the state of West Virginia.
