  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Manage budgets, strategize resources, and optimize workflows to drive efficiency in daily operations.
  • Supervise operational teams and ensure compliance with institutional and industry standards.
  • Develop innovative strategies for growth and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to enhance the effectiveness and overall performance of the institution.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Proven experience in operations planning, process optimization, and resource allocation.
  • Skills in team supervision, collaboration, and effective communication across departments.
  • Ability to design and implement strategies for organizational growth and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in project and financial management, including managing budgets and timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using operational tools and software for management and reporting.
  • Educational background: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the educational or life sciences sector is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments.
