- *Key Responsibilities:**

- *Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in operations planning, process optimization, and resource allocation.
- Skills in team supervision, collaboration, and effective communication across departments.
- Ability to design and implement strategies for organizational growth and operational efficiency.
- Experience in project and financial management, including managing budgets and timelines.
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in using operational tools and software for management and reporting.
- Educational background: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the educational or life sciences sector is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure environments.
