Position Summary

Salary - $25- $26 per hour

The Credit Development Analyst supports the sales organization .This role leverages automation and financial analysis to manage a portfolio of SMB partners.

Working under general supervision, the Analyst collaborates with sales, credit operations, and partners to deliver credit solutions, ensure risk mitigation, and enhance operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and a foundational understanding of Ingram Micro’s financial solutions and credit practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB partners, balancing revenue growth objectives with prudent AR risk management
  • Apply automation and financial analysis to support credit decision-making and portfolio health
  • Partner with sales teams and resellers to enable business growth through effective credit solutions
  • Collaborate with credit operations to support credit processes and resolution of account issues
  • Evaluate basic financial data to assess creditworthiness and support recommendations
  • Utilize company policies, procedures, and systems to resolve a variety of credit-related issues
  • Exercise judgment within defined practices to determine appropriate actions
  • Escalate complex issues and consult with senior or specialist team members as needed
  • Maintain strong partner relationships through professional communication and responsiveness

What You Bring to the Role

  • Requires broad theoretical knowledge typically acquired through advanced education
  • 2-4 years of general business or finance-related experience
  • Foundational financial analysis skills and understanding of key financial indicators
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills for basic problem-solving
  • Foundational negotiation and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
