Position: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (100 King Street West – Hybrid/Onsite)

Duration: 1-Year Contract (extension/FTE possible)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to support marketing initiatives within the asset management and ETF space. This role will lead end-to-end campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and strategic marketing initiatives aligned to business objectives and brand standards.

The successful candidate will partner closely with internal business groups, external vendors, and marketing teams to develop and execute integrated campaigns focused on customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning through execution and reporting
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned to business objectives and brand standards
• Support customer marketing, communications, acquisition, retention, and promotional initiatives
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, budgets, and milestone delivery
• Analyze data, trends, and campaign performance to provide recommendations and insights
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
• Support vendor management activities and ongoing marketing operations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to support business growth

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of marketing experience within asset management and/or ETF marketing
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have

• Media agency experience
• Experience within financial services or banking environments

Education

• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
