Job Description
Elevate Sobeys’ Own Brand strategy as a Brand Manager on an 18-month contract. Focus on developing successful brand initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally in a hybrid work model.
In this full-time position based in Mississauga, Ontario, you will lead strategic brand development, manage product sourcing, and ensure adherence to brand standards. With at least five years of experience, you’ll drive sales growth and monitor market trends. This role is crucial for increasing customer penetration and achieving key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for Own Brands
- Drive sales growth through collaboration across teams
- Analyze data trends and innovate brand initiatives
- Monitor penny profits and develop action plans
- Manage sourcing and costing of Own Brand products
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with five years' experience
- Project management and procurement experience
- Proficient in Excel, Tableau, and SAP
- Strong retail product knowledge
- Background in private labels preferred
