As a Claims Adjuster in our team, you will lead the investigation and resolution of complex general insurance claims. Your role will involve conducting thorough investigations, evaluating evidence, negotiating settlements, and providing expert guidance to junior claim adjusters. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct thorough investigations of complex insurance claims.
  • Evaluate evidence and determine liability.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants and their representatives.
  • Manage complex claim files and documentation.

  • *Required Qualifications and Skills:**
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in claims adjusting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
