RAN operations Engineer - Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Chennai (8+Years)

Detailed JD is below:

• Operate and support 5G gNodeB sites and NR clusters for configuration, software loading, and fault restoration.
• Perform endtoend 5G RAN troubleshooting for call drops, access failures, RLF, throughput issues, and HO failures.
• Analyze and interpret key 5G NR KPIs (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility, Integrity, PRB, BLER, CQI, SINR, RSRP/RSRQ).
• Manage mobility and neighbor relations (inter/intrafrequency, ENDC, Xn/NG HO, ANR audits, PCI/SSB conflicts).
• Knowledge of 5G RAN and CBRS, including DU, RU, CU, and AU architecture.
• Experience with RAN planning, configuration, optimization, KPI monitoring, and RF basics.
• Ability to analyze KPIs, find root causes, identify network trends, and give optimization recommendations.
• Manage RAN operations such as monitoring alarms, checking KPIs, and ensuring network element health.
• Troubleshoot radio issues like wrong parameters and interference problems.
• Use performance analytics and dashboards to gain insights.
• Prepare reports, optimization plans, and KPI dashboards.
• Optimize capacity and interference through parameter tuning, MIMO improvements, scheduler adjustments, tilt/power etc.
