Core Operations Engineer - Hyderabad/Chennai/Bengaluru (8+ Years)

Detailed JD is below:

• Operate and support 5G Core (AMF/SMF/UPF/AUSF/UDM/PCF) and EPC nodes, including configuration, software upgrades, and fault restoration.
• Perform endtoend Core troubleshooting using signaling traces for Registration, PDU Session Setup, Handover, and VoNR call flows.
• Analyze key 5G Core KPIs: registration success, PDU session setup, drop rates, SM/AMF failures, UP throughput, latency, and user-plane integrity.
• Execute the Core optimization process, including KPI baseline, RCA, corrective configuration changes, and postoptimization validation.
• Debug interface-level issues across N1/N2/N3/N4/N7/N8/N10/N11 with protocol analysis tools (Wireshark, etc.,).
• Manage interworking between EPC–5GC, including mobility anchors, ENDC procedures, and IMS/VoLTE/VoNR call scenarios.
• Perform capacity and performance tuning across CP/UP functions, session load balancing, PFCP tuning, NF load, and throughput optimization
