Description & Requirements

Gainsight is a critical business system supporting the CSX organization and other key initiatives at Infor. To strengthen our Gainsight capabilities, we are seeking a Senior Gainsight Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will lead Gainsight configurations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate business requirements into technical designs, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design:

• Configure, deploy, and administer the Gainsight platform to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate requirements into system configurations that follow best practices.
• Define key metrics, data sources, and appropriate data feed frequencies.

2. Business Process Optimization:

• Partner with Customer Success leadership to design and develop new processes.
• Manage process rollouts and create rules for customer data analysis.
• Support users in understanding customer health indicators, risk factors, and trends.
• Document and refine customer success workflows and processes.

3. System Upkeep and Support:

• Provide day-to-day support to Gainsight users, including troubleshooting and administration.
• Handle ad-hoc customizations and adjustments to core functionalities.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity.
• Stay updated on Gainsight features and related technologies to ensure optimal utilization.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Gainsight Administrator.
• Expertise in Gainsight configuration, custom objects, rules engine, and data models.
• Strong knowledge of customer success principles and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce integration, data management, and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Gainsight certifications are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Gainsight Administrator, with experience in at least two different organizations.
