Role Overview:

As an Instructional Designer at Infopro Learning, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning solutions across various modalities for a global enterprise client. • Build high-quality learning materials in different formats like instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended learning materials.
• Visualize learning flows and simplify complex content into clear and intuitive learner experiences.
• Utilize authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adapt to produce SCORM-compliant digital learning assets.
• Incorporate multimedia elements like graphics, audio, video, and interactivity into learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and stakeholders to refine content and ensure alignment with learning objectives.

Qualifications Required:

• 4 to 9 years of instructional design experience in corporate learning environments.
• Proficiency in developing storyboards and instructional materials using PowerPoint and Word.
• Hands-on experience with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Familiarity with tools such as Adapt, Camtasia, or Adobe is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks like ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, and Gagn.
• Strong writing, structuring, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience in developing various learning solutions including instructor-led, virtual, digital, and blended formats.
• Knowledge of SCORM standards and LMS environments.
• Comfort working in technology-enabled and GenAI-supported content development workflows.
