Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction & Needs Analysis

• Greet customers and inspect their vehicles
• Understand concerns (scratches, dull paint, interior wear, heat issues, etc.)
• Educate them about suitable 3M services

2. Sales of 3M Automotive Services

Typical services you’ll promote:

• Car detailing & polishing
• Ceramic coating / paint protection
• PPF (Paint Protection Film)
• Interior cleaning & anti-bacterial treatment
• Sun control films (heat rejection)

3. Product Knowledge (Very Important)

You must understand 3M categories like:

• Abrasives & polishing compounds
• Adhesives & tapes
• Car care chemicals
• Films (PPF, window films)

4. Upselling & Cross-Selling

• Suggest combo packages (e.g., coating + interior cleaning)
• Convert basic wash customers into premium service buyers

5. Coordination with Workshop Team

• Communicate job details to technicians
• Ensure proper execution of 3M standards
• Track job completion and quality

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
