Indus Fire Safety Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring for the position of Leading Fireman (LFM) for our operations in the industrial sector at Bina , Madhya pradesh.
We are looking for a disciplined professional capable of leading a shift crew and managing emergency fire response operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the first turnout fire tender for all emergency calls.
- Supervising crew deployment at Fire Control Rooms, Pump Houses, and Fire Stations.
- Conducting training, drills, and First Aid firefighting demonstrations.
- Maintaining shift records and reporting to the Fire Shift In-charge.

Requirements
- Prior experience in Industrial Fire Services as a Leading Fireman.
