Python Developer - AWS & Aladdin

Role Overview:

As a BlackRock Aladdin Specialist at Indium, you will have a crucial role in supporting, enhancing, and implementing the Aladdin platform for clients in the financial services sector. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to customize Aladdin solutions, ensure seamless integration with existing systems, and optimize platform performance across the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of the Life of a Trade within the Aladdin platform, covering Portfolio Management, Trade Execution, Data Control, Operations, and Portfolio Administration.
• Support and enhance BlackRock Aladdin implementations for asset management clients.
• Configure and customize Aladdin solutions to meet specific client and business requirements.
• Lead or support Aladdin implementation and integration efforts, ensuring smooth interoperability with existing systems.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored Aladdin solutions.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for the Aladdin platform.
• Maintain and update knowledge bases and documentation, including SOPs, support issues, resolutions, and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for internal teams and clients.

Qualification Required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with BlackRock Aladdin, with strong knowledge of its features and capabilities.
• Relevant Aladdin or financial technology certifications are a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
