We are seeking detail-oriented and experienced professionals for Senior Associate(Technical Support).

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

In this role, you'll:

  • Validate and reproduce production issues across Mobile (iOS/Android) and Web platforms
  • Investigate bugs to identify root causes and eliminate duplicate reports
  • Prioritize defects based on business impact, severity, and customer experience
  • Route issues to the right engineering teams and drive them through resolution
  • Verify fixes after deployment and ensure successful closure
  • Analyze recurring and auto-resolved bugs to improve product quality and reduce technical debt
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and QA teams to streamline the triage process

What makes you a great fit?

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Bug Triage, QA, Technical Support, or Production Operations or Incident Management.
  • Hands-on experience validating and reproducing production issues across Web and Mobile applications
  • Strong analytical, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize defects based on business impact and technical severity
  • Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, service now, Zendesk or similar tools.
  • Good understanding of SDLC, defect lifecycle, and release management
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
