You are an HR professional with strong experience in Employee Relations, tasked with managing investigations, disciplinary actions, and compliance to ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant workplace environment.

  • *Roles and Responsibilities:**
  • Ensure all investigations and disciplinary actions align with labor laws, organizational policies, and Employee Relations (ER) governance standards.
  • Lead or support POSH compliance through the Workplace Harassment Committee, conducting regular audits for regulatory and policy adherence.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Handle sensitive conversations with empathy, neutrality, and professionalism, fostering trust across all employee levels.
  • Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations risks, policies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze ER trends to identify systemic issues and propose proactive, long-term solutions.
  • Contribute to ER risk mitigation initiatives and enhance the employee experience.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and related documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement in investigation processes and communication practices.
  • Lead or support cross-functional ER and compliance projects, ensuring the implementation of best practices across markets.
  • Balance case management with program initiatives to meet timelines and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Masters degree in Law or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Employee Relations, Compliance, or Workplace Investigations.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, call center, or high-volume operational environments.
  • Background in conflict resolution, mediation, or policy advisory.
  • Experience managing escalations in a large, matrixed global organization.
  • Ability to identify root causes and implement systemic, long-term solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
