- Ensure all investigations and disciplinary actions align with labor laws, organizational policies, and Employee Relations (ER) governance standards.
- Lead or support POSH compliance through the Workplace Harassment Committee, conducting regular audits for regulatory and policy adherence.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive fair and consistent outcomes.
- Handle sensitive conversations with empathy, neutrality, and professionalism, fostering trust across all employee levels.
- Provide expert guidance on Employee Relations risks, policies, and mitigation strategies.
- Analyze ER trends to identify systemic issues and propose proactive, long-term solutions.
- Contribute to ER risk mitigation initiatives and enhance the employee experience.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and related documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in investigation processes and communication practices.
- Lead or support cross-functional ER and compliance projects, ensuring the implementation of best practices across markets.
- Balance case management with program initiatives to meet timelines and maintain stakeholder alignment.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Masters degree in Law or a related field.
- Professional certification in Employee Relations, Compliance, or Workplace Investigations.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, call center, or high-volume operational environments.
- Background in conflict resolution, mediation, or policy advisory.
- Experience managing escalations in a large, matrixed global organization.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement systemic, long-term solutions.
- Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
