Process Excellence Specialist

As a member of the Process Excellence Team (PEX) within PSO at IndiHire, your role will involve continuously supporting PEX Leads in designing and executing improvement solutions using tools such as Low Code No Code and Power Platform tools like Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing improvement solutions leveraging tools like Low Code No Code and Power Platform
• Generating valuable insights for business users using Power BI or other dashboarding tools
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis, visualizations, and automation concepts
• Identifying process inefficiencies and driving process improvement initiatives
• Staying updated with the latest tech solutions and implementing best practices for continuous improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for successful outcomes
• Proactively identifying and developing enhancements on process/automation solutions that drive business impact
• Supporting other PEX areas as required, including mentoring and developing solutions

Ideal Profile:

• Understanding of data analysis, visualization, and automation concepts (Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Demonstrable experience in working with Microsoft Power Platform Tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) in a professional setting
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug Power Platform solutions
• Proficiency in Power Query for data manipulation and transformation in Power BI
• Experience with Power Apps Canvas and Model-driven apps development
• Familiarity with integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft services
