Branch Sales Manager

Job Summary
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for driving home loan and loan against property (LAP) sales at the branch level. The role involves leading the sales team, managing channel partners, acquiring customers, and achieving branch sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly branch sales targets for home loans and LAP products.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities through builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
- Generate leads through direct sourcing, referrals, and partnerships.
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and pipeline tracking.
- Channel Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and brokers.
- Expand the channel partner network to increase business volumes.
- Ensure partners are aligned with company policies and product guidelines.
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely loan processing.
- Handle escalations and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Risk & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and support the credit and operations teams.
- Monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquencies.
- Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Track branch-level metrics including disbursement, login, sanction, and conversion ratios.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum 2–3 years in team handling.
