Job Description
Job Title: Junior Project Coordinator (IT Projects)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of multiple IT projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and timely delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support project managers in resource allocation, task assignment, and progress tracking.
- Act as a point of coordination between developers, designers, QA testers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Track project timelines, identify potential delays or risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support client communication by sharing updates, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment.
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure deliverables meet defined standards before submission.
- Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months–2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role (freshers with strong organizational skills may apply).
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
