As a CRM Strategist and Email Marketing Specialist at Indiginus, your primary goal will be to develop and execute effective CRM and email marketing campaigns for our clients, working closely with our CRM and Email Marketing Manager. You will play a crucial role in understanding clients' business goals and target audience to craft strategies that deliver measurable results through email marketing best practices, CRM systems, and data analytics.

  • *Responsibilities:**
  • Collaborate with the Project Lead and clients to define CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze client data to segment audiences and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
  • Develop customer journey maps and identify engagement and conversion opportunities.
  • Administer and manage the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it meets business requirements.
  • Customize HubSpot to optimize workflows, reporting, and integrations.
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns from concept to deployment.
  • Craft compelling email copy and design templates that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor email deliverability and optimize email send practices.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to CRM and email marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer data to derive actionable insights.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
  • Personalize email content and offers based on customer behaviors and preferences.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage collaboration with vendor companies, team members, and clients effectively using project management tools like Asana and ClickUp.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Overall 4 - 6 years of experience in CRM and Email Marketing Management.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as HubSpot is mandatory.
  • HubSpot certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) and HTML basics.
  • Hands-on experience with Email Marketing and CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Excellent team player with experience in working with US clientele.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with good time/project management skills.
  • Exceptionally well organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Critical thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Affinity for new technologies with an ability to implement them in relation to business problems.
