Position: Campus Recruitment Manager

Job Summary

The Campus Recruitment Executive will be responsible for planning and executing campus hiring activities, building relationships with colleges and universities, and attracting talented students for various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and career events.
• Source and screen candidates from campus hiring programs.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage internship and fresher hiring programs.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Promote the organization's employer brand among students and educational institutions.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of campus hiring requirements.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Work closely with HR and department heads to understand hiring requirements.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2yrs to 3 years of experience in recruitment or campus hiring (for Executive role).
