Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Participate in SEO strategy discussions with senior leadership
• Understand client's business goals and align SEO execution accordingly
• Execute SEO strategies to achieve the agreed client targets
• Manage and guide an SEO Executive
• Delegate tasks and streamline SEO workflows
• Ensure strong SEO performance and client retention
• Conduct keyword research and opportunity analysis
• Perform on-page SEO and technical SEO audits
• Track rankings, traffic, and performance metrics
• Use SEO tools for audits, monitoring, and analysis
• Create performance reports in Excel and Looker Studio
• Assist in SEO proposal creation and occasional client pitches
• Contribute to building scalable SEO processes

What We Expect from You:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and content SEO
• Experience managing or mentoring junior SEO team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console
• Understanding of SEO impact on business growth and ROI
• Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking
