Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Industrial Engineer located in Krishnagiri. The Industrial Engineer will lead process improvement initiatives, analyze manufacturing systems, and drive efficiency at all operational levels. Responsibilities include evaluating workflows, implementing strategies to optimize production processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. This role plays a key part in achieving operational excellence within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering practices
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Process Improvement methodologies
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting results
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and solve operational challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Experience with production optimization tools or methods is advantageous
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
