Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Adilabad for a Senior Sales Officer. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, executing effective sales operations, and collaborating with channel sales partners to achieve sales targets. The role requires a focus on customer satisfaction and cultivating long-term partnerships to drive growth for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation to build and nurture relationships with clients and identify potential opportunities.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders across various levels.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including planning, reporting, and supporting the sales cycle.
- Familiarity with Channel Sales and the ability to manage partner relationships and execute joint sales strategies effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and adapt to changing market trends.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the agritech or agriculture sectors is highly advantageous.
