Job Description

As an Event Sales & Marketing Specialist at India Designer Show, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of prestigious luxury fashion events. You will be responsible for end-to-end event management, aggressively driving sales and sponsorship generation, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your daily interactions with designers, clients, vendors, and internal team members will be crucial in ensuring flawless event execution, maximizing sales opportunities, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for event participation, booths, and other event-related services.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure event sponsorships from leading luxury brands and corporate entities.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing brand collaborators.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales and sponsorship agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for designers, sponsors, and other event participants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in Event Sales Service within the luxury or fashion events industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Event Management and Event Planning.
  • Strong track record in Event Sponsorship Generation.
  • Existing Brand Collaboration links & in-depth knowledge of Luxury Brands.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the fashion or luxury events industry is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
