About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to support our work in combating cyber crimes against children. The incumbent will play a key role in partnering with law enforcement agencies, delivering technical solutions, and strengthening investigative and prosecutorial capacities in digital crime cases.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To network and communicate with various Law Enforcement Agencies for developing partnership for combatting the cybercrimes against children.
· The incumbent will also be required to contribute to the delivery of training, workshops and conferences as required according to the project framework related to digital investigation of cyber-crimes against children.
· To identify the gaps and assist the law enforcement agencies with technical solutions for effective investigation and prosecution of digital crime cases
· To develop required software and tools for enhancing prosecution
· To review, develop and amend policy drafts and propose suggestions to improve the effects of existing policies.
· To supervise and guide the team working at ground level
· To carry any other duties as assigned by senior members of ICP.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience as a Cybersecurity Manager, Information Security Officer, or similar role with at least 5+ years in cybersecurity management.
- Law enforcement or Government background is highly desired
- Overseas experience, experience working with international entities, and familiarity with child protection issues preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Strong research, writing, and editing skills/experience required
· Technical knowledge of tools, softwares required for investigation of cybercrime
· 5+ years of Project management, workflow, time management required
· Experience with project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) desired
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required
· Superior interpersonal, time management, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to prioritize, successfully complete multiple tasks with attention to detail, and meet deadlines
· Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient Hindi language – spoken and written – required
· Proficient English language – spoken and written – required

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
