Responsibilities
Learning & Development Execution
· Support the implementation of the annual L&D plan and training calendar.
· Coordinate and deliver training programs across business units.
· Track and report training KPIs such as attendance, completion, and feedback scores.
Training Need Identification (TNI)
· Assist in gathering training requirements by collaborating with managers and stakeholders.
· Analyse performance data and feedback to help identify skill gaps.
· Support the creation and maintenance of competency frameworks.
Content Development & Facilitation
· Develop training materials, presentations, handbooks, and assessments.
· Facilitate behavioural and functional training sessions when required.
· Ensure content remains updated, relevant, and aligned to business goals.
LMS & Digital Learning
· Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System.
· Monitor digital learning adoption, course completions, and engagement metrics.
· Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to upload, update, and maintain e-learning content.
Compliance & Audit Support
· Track and ensure timely completion of mandatory and compliance training.
· Maintain accurate training records for internal and external audits.
· Support audit documentation and data accuracy.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
· Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and vendors for training delivery.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
· Collect and consolidate feedback for continuous improvement.
Team Support & Self-Development
· Support L&D team initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects.
· Continuously upskill through workshops, certifications, and knowledge sharing.
