This role focuses on legal documentation, compliance, and risk management .

Key Responsibilities

• Draft review legal agreements like:
• Development Agreements
• PAAA (Permanent Alternate Accommodation Agreement)
• Lease Deeds Conveyance Deeds
• Perform land title due diligence (ownership verification)
• Handle legal notices government communications
• Coordinate with:
• Municipal corporations
• Revenue authorities
• Manage:
• Disputes litigation
• External lawyers
• Ensure compliance with:
• RERA (Real Estate Regulation Act)
• Property redevelopment laws

Qualifications

• LLB / LLM (Law degree)
• Minimum 7+ years experience in real estate legal work
