As a Client Service person at Hyperlink, you will be the main point of contact between the clients and internal teams. Your role will involve managing the coordination between the client, internal teams such as Production, Content, Design, Finance, and external agency partners. From the initial client interaction to the successful completion of an event, you will be responsible for ensuring top-quality project management and delivering a seamless and enriching experience for the client. Your focus will be on servicing existing accounts and building relationships with new brands to generate business. To excel in this role, you will need proven project management and planning skills, a keen attention to detail, a good understanding of experiential technology, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Being solution-oriented, a skilled negotiator, and an effective communicator will be key as you work with clients, agency partners, supply chain vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for creating innovative brand experiences and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and networking to generate business from existing accounts, ensuring profitability
- Proactively following up with existing clients to obtain briefs for events held in previous years
- Understanding the needs of new brands/clients and securing business from them
- Meeting with clients to gather event briefs and expectations
- Collaborating with internal teams (concept, design, production, tech) to develop the event experience
- Presenting creative solutions to clients and negotiating terms
- Coordinating with all stakeholders involved in the event to ensure the delivery of creatives, artwork, set design, and other event elements
- Leading the execution of the event and overseeing show flow
- Ensuring overall production quality of the event
- Managing the event closure process
