🌾 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular farm visits across assigned regions
- Build strong relationships with farmers
- Identify crop, pest, disease, and soil-related issues
- Provide agronomic guidance and practical crop solutions
- Collect field data and maintain reports
- Support agri-input product promotion and sales
- Educate farmers on modern farming practices

Kannada Mandatory
B.Sc Agriculture or related field
Freshers or up to 1 year of experience
Willingness to travel and work in field conditions
Solid communication and farmer engagement skills
Passion for agriculture and problem-solving mindset
