Job Title: Mocktail Specialist / Beverage Artist

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Mocktail Specialist to craft high-quality, visually appealing non-alcoholic beverages for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a passion for flavors, presentation, and customer service, contributing to an exceptional café experience at Souffle Gourmet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages.
• Design and innovate new mocktail recipes aligned with Souffle Gourmet’s brand and menu.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning of all beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station as per FSSAI standards.
• Manage inventory of syrups, fruits, garnishes, and other ingredients.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order execution.
• Engage with customers, recommend beverages, and enhance guest experience.
• Monitor wastage and ensure cost control in beverage preparation.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Mocktail Maker / Barista / Beverage Specialist (preferred).
• Knowledge of flavor combinations, garnishing, and presentation techniques.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 10th/12th Pass
• Certification in Bartending / Beverage Making (added advantage)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
