Job Title: Assistant Manager – Customer Support (Agri Process)
Location: Pune – Kharadi

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to oversee operations in the Agri Process Customer Support team. The candidate will be responsible for managing team leaders, improving performance, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage Team Leaders and customer support teams
- Monitor overall process performance and ensure KPIs/targets are achieved
- Handle critical escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Analyze reports and implement process improvements
- Conduct training sessions and performance reviews
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: B.Sc Agriculture
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in customer support with team handling experience (preferably in a leadership role)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations
Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week
Preferred Skills:
- Team management and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Understanding of agricultural processes is an added advantage
