Position Summary
The Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional spa treatments and wellness services to guests while ensuring exceptional customer service, hygiene standards, and a relaxing spa experience. Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Welcome guests and conduct consultation to understand their needs and preferences.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction throughout the treatment.
Spa Treatments
- Perform a variety of treatments including:
- Body massages
- Aromatherapy
- Body scrubs and wraps
- Facials
- Reflexology
- Beauty and wellness therapies as per spa standards
- Recommend suitable treatments and wellness programs based on guest requirements.
Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of spa products and supplies.
Sales & Upselling
- Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Upsell treatments and services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation.
