Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editing & Graphic Design Internship role based in Indore. The intern will support the creative team by editing videos for social media, campaigns, and brand communication using raw footage, motion graphics, and sound. Daily tasks include creating visually consistent graphics and thumbnails, designing basic social media creatives, and assisting in developing brand-aligned visual assets. The intern will work closely with designers, marketers, and content creators to adapt concepts into engaging video and graphic content. Additional responsibilities include managing project files, maintaining organized asset libraries, and participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to assemble raw footage into cohesive, engaging content.
• Knowledge of Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, mood, and consistency across different projects.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Motion Graphics to create intros, transitions, titles, and simple animated elements.
• Graphics skills to design social media creatives, thumbnails, and basic marketing visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable software.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio or sample work demonstrating video and graphic abilities (academic or personal projects are acceptable).
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate within a team, follow feedback, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ongoing or completed studies in Design, Media, Communication, Film, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
