Role Description The Retail Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site position located in Rocky View County, AB. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction, assist customers in selecting wireless products and services that meet their needs, and achieve sales targets through effective consultation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and creating a welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales practices to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Strong focus on delivering an excellent Customer Experience and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Customer Service skills to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and foster a positive relationship with clients.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented retail environment.
• Previous experience in a sales or service role, preferably in the wireless or telecommunications industry, is an asset.
