Role Overview

Highly Organized, Proactive, and Versatile

Live Broadcasting: Presenting news stories, conducting live interviews with guests, and managing breaking news scenarios with composure.

• Content Preparation: Researching current events, rewriting wire stories, and preparing scripts to ensure clear delivery on-air.
• Editorial Collaboration: Working with producers and reporters to select, organize, and prioritize daily news coverage.
• Credibility & Ethics: Ensuring all reported information is accurate, unbiased, and compliant with journalism ethics.
• Engagement: Establishing a rapport with the audience through on-air personality and social media platforms.

• Key Responsibilities

Manage Complete end-to-end Recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, and comprehensive documentation.

Managing & Handling Complete Reporters and News Coordinators Hiring & On-Boarding Process.

Oversee performance management, coordinating with Zonal Heads and Operational Team to conduct reviews, track targets, and facilitate professional development.

Employer Branding & News Delivery: Act as a primary on-camera personality for internal and external media. This includes:

• Producing and hosting 60+ short-form news videos or podcast interviews per month focused on HR trends, organizational updates, and industry insights.
• Conducting "Spotlight" interviews with reporters, news coordinators, Legislative and Executive Icons (MLAs, MPs, Ministers, IAS, IPS and "Icons of Influence."

.Guest Management:

Manage logistics, travel, accommodation, and hospitality for all featured Icons of Influence

Ensure an exceptional, high-prestige experience for all guests and visiting stakeholders.

Event & Vendor Management

End-to-End Event Management:

Take complete ownership of planning and executing all high-profile Bharat Aawaz Events, Summits and Conclaves,
