š° Compensation: Up to ā¹40,000 (in-hand) + LucrativeĀ Incentives

š¼ What Youāll Be Doing:
- Handling inbound leads ā no cold calling stress
- Understanding candidate goals & recommending the right programs
- Driving enrollments through structured follow-ups
- Owning your monthly targets and closures
- Maintaining clean CRM tracking & pipeline hygiene
šÆ Who Fits Best:
- 6+ months experience in Sales / Inside Sales / BDA
- Strong communication with a convincing approach
- Comfortable with target-driven environments
- Based in Delhi / Noida / Gurgaon (or nearby)
- Can join immediately or on short notice
