Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue management opportunities while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and professional team.
  • Manage budgeting processes, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of guest relations, handling complaints effectively, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting at the end of each day.
  • Utilize multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to communicate efficiently with guests, vendors, and team members.
  • Promote a positive work environment through leadership in hospitality management practices and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards while implementing initiatives that enhance guest experiences at all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles with supervising responsibilities.
  • Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and human resources within a resort or hotel setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management, night audit procedures, and resort amenities.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and hospitality technology platforms.
