Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. - Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue management, optimize occupancy rates, and control costs within budgetary guidelines
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated and professional team
- Maintain high standards of guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences for every visitor
- Manage budgeting processes, financial reporting, and night audit procedures to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while fostering a positive work environment
- Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff from various cultural backgrounds
- Oversee the maintenance of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette standards, and front desk operations to enhance guest interactions
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong leadership background
- Extensive hotel management experience with a thorough understanding of hospitality principles and guest services excellence
- Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and customer service strategies
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems including front desk operations, night audit procedures, and resort management practices
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging with international guests
- Experience in managing multi-department teams within a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude
