Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon business. The role will be responsible for execution across catalog management, amazon ads, listing optimization, inventory coordination, promotions, account health monitoring, and marketplace operations to ensure smooth business performance and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Advertising Support
- Track & manage campaign performance and provide basic reporting.
- Support promotional activities including Deals, Coupons, Lightning Deals, and seasonal campaigns.
- Execute and monitor Sponsored Product campaigns.
Marketplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon Seller Central account.
- Ensure product content, images, descriptions, and attributes are accurate and updated.
- Coordinate product launches and listing activation.
Catalog Management
- Handle listing creation, bulk uploads, variation setup, and catalog corrections.
- Resolve listing suppression, contribution errors, stranded inventory, and catalog-related issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product information accuracy.
Account Health & Compliance
- Monitor account health metrics and policy compliance.
- Address customer complaints, returns, and performance notifications.
- Coordinate with Amazon support to resolve account-related issues.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor key metrics such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, Buy Box percentage, and inventory health.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
Candidate Profile
Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on Amazon marketplace management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience handling Amazon ads, catalog management, inventory coordination, and marketplace operations.
Skills
- Strong execution and follow-through capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic reporting).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Background
Candidates from Amazon-focused agencies, aggregators, D2C brands, consumer goods, lifestyle, beauty, home décor, gifting, or retail brands with direct Seller Central experience will be preferred.
