The selected candidates must have high interest in learning BUSINESS GROWTH TECHNIQUES and BUSINESS ANALYST EXECUTION SUCCESS

The selected candidates must be willing to come or office three to four times a week and balance three days work from home

The selected candidates will get low monthly stipend starting from Rs 2,000/- per month and this amount will keep increasing every month as per the learnings and execution by the selected Interns

Role Description This is a full-time HYBRID internship role for Business Analyst and Business Growth Interns. Interns will support analysis of business performance, user behavior, and platform metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Daily tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping and refining business processes, and preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders. Interns will assist in researching markets, competitors, and potential partners to support global expansion and online expo growth. The role also involves collaborating with product, marketing, and operations teams to test new ideas, track KPIs, and support data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to interpret data, identify insights, and support decision-making.
• Ability to understand and document Business Processes and Business Requirements, including workflows, use cases, and functional needs.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and basic data tools; familiarity with dashboards or BI tools is an advantage.
• Interest in digital media, online platforms, AI technologies, and global trade or EXIM ecosystems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a remote, multicultural environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in business analysis, growth, or strategy is a plus but not mandatory.
